The 2021 Garage Gym Competition is approaching, and with this program you will be ready to set some new PRs in May.
Hand crafted from the mind of Ben Wagoner, this is the official sponsored program for the 2021 Garage Gym Competition. Ben has competed in the competition all three years and is an active coach and powerlifting competitor with a 4x bodyweight deadlift, making him the perfect selection for our first sponsored program.
The goal is for you to be able to follow this program leading up to the Garage Gym Competition, so you can set some new PRs.

8 Weeks of fully customized coaching from one of our coaches. That means they’ll work with you on where you are, what equipment you have, and break down the next 2 months of your programming. One-on-One discussions, technique reviews, you name it!

Timeline
As you can see, this is a 12 week program which includes the Competition Week. That means that you should start the program 12 weeks out of the competition (which begins May 15th), to make sure your peaking and testing align to the competition itself. So, simply follow the timeline below, and be ready for some gains!
- Week 1 = Start on March 1st
- Weeks 2 – 11 = Follow for each additional week
- Comp Week = Begin the week of May 16th
Remember to film your 1RM attempts during the competition and follow the basic entry process. Make sure to follow Ben on his Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/bww.pwr/) as he gives tips and tricks and answers questions about the program as we get closer.
