2024 SPRING GARAGE GYM COMPETITION The 2024 GGC is back for year 7!
Yep, 7 years of the most fun you’ll have lifting, guaranteed… or your money back!The biggest and baddest virtual powerlifting meet for at home lifters has had over 5000 lifters, more than $100k in prizes, millions of pounds hoisted in pursuit of PRs, over $12k in Non-Profit donations… and much much more. All free, you just gotta lift.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE 2024 SPRING GARAGE GYM COMPETITION? Free, Simple, and Fun
During the week of May 11th to May 19th, 2024
- Perform a 1 rep max Squat, Bench, and Deadlift
- Record those lifts
- Upload to Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, or YouTube and use #garagegymcompetition
- Complete the online Submission Form (available the week of the competition)
Following the above will successfully enter you into the competition. No registration fees, no tickets, no gimmicks. Just lifting, lovin, and laughing… or something like that.

2024 SPRING NON-PROFIT Special Olympics
We are donating $1 per participant to the Special Olympics Foundation.
With your help we’ve been able to donate over $12k to Non-Profits since 2018.
Again, all you have to do is lift. So by participating, you have a shot at prizes and you help a good cause.

TWO WAYS TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK But Only If You Want It!
GGC Coaches
We have coaches including Manda, Christina, and about 17 others ready to provide feedback on your lifts. Feedback will include what you did well, what you might be able to improve on, and potentially how to go about doing just that!
Just like everything else with the GGC, this is available to athletes of all ages, sizes, strength, and experiences… at no cost, and no judgement at all. Our coaches are doing this because they want to help you come back stronger for the next GGC!
Post Event Twitch Live Stream
In 2023 we added our first (and second) post GGC Live Stream event over on Twitch. It is a full 8 hours of color commentary that includes laughs, jokes, giggles, and some feedback on lifting. We’ve had guests like Travis Rogers talk about equipped lifting and coming back from injuries. We’ve had Manda and Christina talk about their non-profit work as well as provide insight into getting MORE people involved in lifting. And many more.

How Do I Watch The Live Stream?
If you can’t make it live, there will be a recording available to watch afterwards.

While the prizes go out in the open drawing, we like to give some kudos
to those moving some serious weight. So we have our Top Athlete
categories of – Most Improved, Top Male Totals, Top Female Totals.
These
are not based on bodyweight, age, or any other factors. Most Improved
is based on the previous years entry – i.e. 2022 Fall GGC to 2023 Fall
GGC improvement.
Winners will take home custom engraved plates from Weight It Out!
