ABOUT JUGGERNAUTAI We checked in with Eddie Baumgartner, the Grand Prize winner in Fall 2022, on his experiences with the Juggernaut Prize Package.
“The call I had with Chad Wesley Smith was awesome. He helped me plan my training for the whole year and helped me pick the correct way to set up my periodization for an equipped lifter. Previous to this I was running conjugate. After that I was sent a care package from Juggernaut and the clothes are extremely comfortable. I look forward to wearing those sweats all week, and the book I was sent is awesome as well.
Juggernaut AI however, completely has changed how I look at training. I have programmed for myself for the last 8ish years and it has been a mix up of 5/3/1, conjugate, GZCL, and Average to Savage. I have ran those programs with modified rep schemes for a while and it has gotten me to some good numbers, but the AI app is so nice. Its like a ronco cooking device, I set it and forget it! I don’t have to think about programming, I enter in my stats and come in and do the work and say what the RPE is and just go. It is so nice that after this year I am probably going to continue using it, its that good!”
