The Biggest and BADDEST At Home Powerlifting Meet…
We raised a total of $1,850 for the Papa Bear Strong Foundation this fall through GGC participation, shirt sales, and our Belt Raffle.
We had 15 Local Meets hosted.
Our first Non-Profit t-shirt design helped raise funds for the Papa Bear Strong Foundation.
Average Joe’s OC will be back with another post-show Live Stream… Our coaches will be handing out lifting feedback (if you want it)… We’ll dive into the results and share some nifty insights.
2023 Fall Garage Gym Competition
2023 brought back JuggernautAI as our Presenting Sponsor who helped us with a ton of awesome tips, tricks, and more, especially for the GGC Newsletter crowd.
We had new comers like American Barbell join our squad, with repeat offenders like Prime Fitness, Crandall Fitness, and Strength Warehouse USA show up with some BONKERS prizes.
We had 15 GGC Local Meets in the Fall with the help of Garage Gym Experiment as our local meet sponsor.
With the help of Pioneer and their Belt Raffle, we raised $843 for the Papa Bear Strong Foundation. Add the $125 raised from 2023 GGC Meet Shirt sales, and the $583 donated based on GGC Participation, and we came out to $1,551 dollars total… I decided to match the Pioneer raffle (and a little extra) to get us to $1,850 to help put food on the table of families in need this holiday season.

Top Athletes
These are the top 3 in each class, based purely on total (not using anything else). They will receive awards from Weight It Out and their choice of Spider Chalk. These must have been completed in a home based gym to qualify for Top Athlete (commercial gym lifters can enter, but I gotta filter top athletes based on our primary objective).
Most Improved is based on % improvement from Fall 2022 to Fall 2023.
