2024 SPRING GARAGE GYM COMPETITION The 2024 Spring GGC is complete.
Yep, 7 years of the most fun you’ll have lifting, guaranteed… or your money back! The biggest and baddest virtual powerlifting meet for at home lifters has had over 5000 lifters, more than $100k in prizes, millions of pounds hoisted in pursuit of PRs, over $12k in Non-Profit donations… and much much more. All free, you just gotta lift. And we just wrapped up another successful event!

JuggernautAI came back as our presenting sponsor, letting us beg, borrow, and steal their incredible lifting knowledge. They tossed up a bonkers 1 FULL YEAR of JuggernautAI access alongside their prize pack of merch and books and a Zoom chat with Chad himself.
Prime Fitness brought their Mystery Prizes which ended up being TWO winners including a HLP Prodigy Rack, Shorty Bench, Super Squat Bar, and more.
They were joined by a whopping 25 TOTAL sponsors, tossing up over $22k in prizes… All handed out in our Open Drawing, where you can win with a 100lb total or 1000lb squat, or anywhere in between.
2024 SPRING NON-PROFIT Special Olympics
We donated $1 per participant to the Special Olympics Foundation for a total of $1,140. Bringing our total to over $9k donated to Special Olympics over the years, and more than $13k for Non-Profits collectively since 2018.
Again, all you have to do is lift. So by participating, you have a shot at prizes and you help a good cause.
