I have been there, I’m not just saying that. I used to be a couch potato with a poor diet and at one point even weighed over 500lbs! I tried everything from fad diets to gastric sleeve surgery. While weight did come off, keeping it off was a completely different story. I took focus and control over what I ate, how I ate and began exercise programs and even joined a CrossFit Gym. Making myself accountable and finding the right support is the Key to maintain losses and keep making gains! During my journey (I’ll always be on it) I discovered a passion for health and fitness, so I pursued it with the same dedication I did with my own health. Now I am a Crossfit Level 2 trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Integrative Life and Wellness coach.
