Crandall Fitness – Over 20 Years Lifting At Home
I’m a home gym OG. I’ve been lifting at home, exclusively, since 2013. Basically, I’ve been around the home gym game awhile. Pre-COVID is enough to often garner some looks by itself. Crandall Fitness has been steadily expanding their offerings. They recently launched a Functional Trainer, Sissy Squat Bench, and their V2 Power Racks. They even just dropped a new Deadlift Bar!
But the biggest drop was their CF Adjustable Free Motion Swing Arms. These are Jammer Arms that have the ability to move freely, almost like a landmine. But also can be LOCKED in place at certain angles. Since we are typically trying to mimic machine movements, this a huge win for jammer arms. Plus, the arm itself has adjustments to change the starting position and add a “racking” function.
AND the entire unit adjusts up and down the rack on rollers. The handles are knurled throughout, and are ALSO adjustable with multiple grip options. Chromed out weight sleeves to boot!

But what you get at Crandall that you don’t get elsewhere, is the 1 on 1 with the owner. Reach out to them directly and you’ll talk to Shaun Crandall himself. Answering phone calls, emails, social media questions, and packing up equipment.
They have helped build everything from home gyms to professional athlete’s private studios, to full high school build outs. They sponsor a number of local athletics programs as a way to give back as well. All of this to me reflects that Crandall Fitness is a company worth spending your money with.
I personally had an issue at the end of 2022 that needed immediate remedy from another company. That company wasn’t working to fix it. Shaun was the first person I reached out to to help me. He figured it out, got it fixed, and we got our athlete taken care of ASAP. So I have first hand knowledge and experience with their support.
