Your participation in the event will constitute your agreement to comply.

If you are hosting a Garage Gym Competition event, you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or others, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that you may experience or incur in connection with participating or hosting a Garage Gym Competition event. You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Gray Matter Development LLC and the Garage Gym Competition, its agents, and representatives, of and from the claims arising out of any of the instances mentioned previously. You understand and agree that this release includes claims base on actions, omissions, or negligence.

None of the sponsors, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, or any other communication channel or participant is held liable for any damages to your equipment, your home, your garage, your body, your friend’s body, or anything else in pursuit of this competition.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
