Me… Joe Gray… Gray Matter Lifting… that GGC Guy… Whatever you want to call me. I’ll be running the show over on YouTube. I’ll be joined by some of my GGC peeps who will help me hand out awards.
WHAT DO WE WIN? Something cool
Each year it’ll be a little different. We’ve done custom engraved plates, GGC medallions, and for 2026 we are looking at some SWORDS! Yes, FREAKING SWORDS!
WHEN ARE THESE EVENTS? Wednesday & Thursday
Live Streams will take place during our Awards Week, which begins the Monday after our events close for submissions.
These will be available on YouTube, include Co-Hosts, and those that join live get to VOTE and help select the winners.
Each Live Stream is currently planned for 2pm Pacific Time, and will run for approximately 1 hour.
They will take place on Wednesday and Thursday:
- Spring: 5/13 & 5/14
- Fall: 10/14 & 10/15
HOW DO I JOIN Two Ways
If you enter the Garage Gym Competition, you’ll have a box to check that enters you into consideration for the Awards. We have some review processes, and we’ll review the best and baddest in the Live Streams.
