HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE 2024 WINTER MINIGGC? Free, Simple, and Fun
Just like the normal garage gym competition, we keep it simple. Complete the task at hand before the end of the year, and you are in.
Record your participation, upload it to the channel of your choosing, use the Hashtag (#24MiniGGC), fill out the submission form and you are done.

Seriously, it is that simple. Think about something you’ve wanted to do for awhile. Last year I ran a mile with my wife (hadn’t done that since High School), carried my rickshaw around the block (that was dumb), and deadlifted 500lbs with that same rickshaw for 20 reps (something I had tried three times before). So pick a challenge, do it with your family, friends, or just crush it by yourself. But get after it!
