What if we park our cars and kids bikes n stuff in the garage and we have a basement gym…. Can we still compete?

For sure. Garage, basement, bedroom, shed… anything home adjacent, you are solid.

How do we sign up for the meet?

No registration process needed. Just lift during the dates of the event, and follow the basic rules, and you are golden. You can check the rules or FAQs page if you need more specifics. Or just let me know.

If we don’t have a garage gym, can we lift and video in a community gym and still enter?

The GGC has always been for people who lift at home, and the sponsors that show up are here for that audience.
That said, you can certainly follow along and compete and enter, but prizes are set aside for people lifting at home.
We’ll have some resources available for those that don’t have a home gym, what we’ll call Local Meets. So you might be able to find a place to compete near you.

For sure! We’ll have plenty of awesome stuff from top tier coaches and athletes, training tips, you name it. You can participate, do everything along the way, watch all of the other submissions, you got it.

Hey David! Just a note for you, JuggernautAI doesn’t run the competition, they are our presenting sponsor. Very happy to have them on board this year, and excited to have you here as well.

I am no where near being an elite powerlifter and am not as strong as most but love to compete. Can athletes at any level participate? Thanks

Hey Edwin. 100%. We’ve had kids of the age of 3 compete, people who have never touched a barbell before, 62 year old ladies and gents, and everything in between. The prizes are handed out via a “drawing” so you don’t even have to be the biggest and baddest lifter to take home something awesome.
